CARE Tokens are ERC20 tokens based on the Ethereum platform intended for the interaction with smart contracts designed for The Blockchain Healthcare Platform that reward Token Holders for using the CARE tokens for Healthcare services. CARE Tokens may involve certain risks as set out in the Token Offer Document and their value may be subject to fluctuations.

A natural person who has individual net worth, or joint net worth with the person's spouse, that exceeds $1 million at the time of the purchase, or has assets under management of $1 million or above, excluding the value of the individual's primary residence.
A natural person with income exceeding $200,000 in each of the two most recent years or joint income with a spouse exceeding $300,000 for those years and a reasonable expectation of the same income level in the current year. A person's home shall not be considered as a part of his net worth.
Entities such as banks, partnerships, corporations, nonprofits and trusts may be accredited investors. Of the entities that would be considered accredited investors and depending on their circumstances, the following may be relevant: Any trust, with total assets in excess of $5 million, not formed to specifically purchase the subject securities, whose purchase is directed by a sophisticated person, or any entity in which all of the equity owners are accredited investors. In this context, a sophisticated person means the person must have, or the company or private fund offering the securities reasonably believes that this person has, sufficient knowledge and experience in financial and business matters to evaluate the merits and risks of the prospective investment.
